Dear Parents,

 

Each week will send home a list of spelling words to help your child practice for the weekly spelling test.  We will practice the words in class throughout the week, but it is highly recommended that they also review the words at home.  How to help your child prepare for the test is completely up for the test is completely up to you.  Attached you will find a variety of ways to help your child study their spelling words.  Some suggested activities are: 

 

-write the words 3 times each                                -flash cards

-use the words to write in sentences                     -ABC order

-spell them out loud                                               -rainbow words
