Welcome to fourth grade. I am looking forward to a great school year ahead! Google Classroom is set up for all students. Students will find this on their student portal (https://portal.pvpusd.net ).
 
Students should use their student ID to log into the student portal to access Google Classroom as well as additional applications we will be utilizing both at home in classroom. 
 
Families, please click the "subscribe" button on the right and check back regularly. This site with be utilized to share up coming events and information about our classroom. There will also be links to Mrs. Stoddart's page for reading & social studies resources and information.

Help our class raise funds!

Hi Families,

We have an exciting fundraiser in store over the next few weeks!

Key Details:

2. 💵 Donate and ✉️ Share. We are encouraging every family to share their donation page with 10 people.

3. 🎁 Our class will earn fun rewards based on how much we raise as a class during the fundraiser. When our class earns a reward that adds some extra awesomeness to our day, I will be sure to let you know!

4. 🎉 It all comes together with our epic celebration day - the Montemalaga Fun Run!

Reminder that Tomorrow, Friday 1/16 you will have a quiz in math covering:
  • adding fractions
  • subtracting fractions
  • simplifying fractions 
  • comparing fractions
*your completed homework that is in your math folder can be used to help review!

Room 14- Walk Through California Presentation 11/18!

Room 14 will have their Walk Through California Presentation in the MPR on Tuesday, 11/18 @ 8:45 to 11:15
 
The students have been working hard to becoming experts on their vocabulary cards and are ready to walk through California history! 
Families are welcome to join us in the MPR for this 2.5 hour activity.

ALL CH. 2 Math Classwork Due Fri. 11/14

All Chapter 2 math classwork will be collected Friday, November 13th.
Students have had access to this running list of classwork on Google Classroom. 
In addition, this list is also posted under the math section of my website.

An optional study guide has been posted for students on Google Classroom!

Room 14's Marble Party-- Tomorrow 10/24!

Room 14 has earned their first marble party! 🎉🥳

Students have voted for a tech/board game party with forts!
Student may bring the following to school:

1 piece of technology or 1 board game (Chromebooks will be available for all students)
1 blanket if wanting to make a fort
1 pillow OR 1 stuffed animal 

All items brought must be in a bag or backpack-- no loose items outside!
Any devices will be locked inside the classroom until the party!
