Welcome to Reading Club!  In Grade 1 Reading Club, we work on phonological awareness, phonemic awareness, sight words, phonics word work, reading fluency, reading comprehension, and summarizing.
 
I have attached some files to assist with review:  short vowel/long vowel/and silent e word fluency sheets, some phonological awareness practice activities (clapping and rhyming activities), a poetry book, and more.
 
I would like to encourage you to read aloud, practice word work, and re-tell a story to a family member.

I have attached some files to assist with review.  I have also attached files that I hope you will find helpful in assisting you with class reading and writing assignments. This is meant to be a resource not a homework assignment.
